Cannot access Job Management features

The features in the Job Management tab are active only when:

•Job Management is enabled and configured AND

•The user logged into editor is in a portal group registered with the Job Management system.

 

If your user isn't part of a job management user group, and you click on the Job Management tab, the system shows a warning that "You don't have access to this functionality. Please contact your administrator, if you need this functionality."

Version Editing Conflicts

Error Message: "Another application is currently editing the version."

Solution:

1.Check if another user or application has the version locked.

2.Wait for the other session to complete editing.

3.Contact your system administrator if the lock persists.

Version Reconcile Errors

Error Message: "Error reconciling a version (jobmanagement_supervisor.job2_536)!"

Solution:

1.Check for conflicting edits in the version.

2.Resolve data conflicts before attempting to reconcile.

3.Verify user permissions for the reconcile operations.

4.Contact your GIS administrator for complex version conflicts.
