After you've installed VertiGIS FM, complete these setup tasks before you begin entering or importing data.
1.Upload a license to begin using VertiGIS FM.
2.Create user roles, create users, and add roles to the users. These procedures define which users in your system have access to which VertiGIS FM products and the tasks within them. You can also set up external authentication methods, like OAuth and LDAP, so that users in your company directory can authenticate using their Windows credentials.
3.Add and activate your company's country and then select it in the Own Client details. Because no catalogs exist in the system after the installation of VertiGIS FM, it is recommended you import your country's Import List template, which can be found in the 01_Erstimport folder in Importfiles.zip, which can be downloaded from the Import Files section on the Administration > Interfaces > Import page.
