The catalogs below are used to store selectable options for assets and features in VertiGIS FM Maintenance. You can add options to these catalogs or edit existing ones by clicking Administration > Master Data > Catalog Management > Platform.

This section stores the options that can be selected when you create a ticket for a device. The options stored in this catalog must be enabled in the Damage Category section on the device version details page before they can be selected in tickets for individual devices. |

This section stores the options that can be selected in the Protocol menu when an order is marked as Finished. Options could explain why the order was successful or unsuccessful. |

This section stores the options that can be selected as a reason why a component has been assigned its status. For example, you may add an entry to this section called "Damaged component" to select when a component's status is Rejected. |
