Assign Metering Points to Rental Agreement

Prev Top Next More

If your VertiGIS FM licence includes VertiGIS FM Energy, you can assign metering points to a rental agreement to record the renter's energy consumption and costs.

Before you can assign a metering point to a rental agreement, you must have created the metering point you want to assign. To calculate costs incurred by the energy consumed in the space, you must have also assigned a tariff to the metering point. Refer to Metering Points for more information and detailed instructions.

Metering points are managed in the VertiGIS FM Energy product.
