Licenses associated with VertiGIS FM Contracts allow you to manage three types of contracts in VertiGIS FM.

3.Rental contracts
These contracts are treated as separate data objects and managed in different areas of VertiGIS FM. The differences between these types of contracts are outlined in the table below.

Costs and Budget
In addition to the contract types outlined above, the standard VertiGIS FM Contracts license also includes the Costs and Budget module. This module allows you to manage invoices, budgets, and more, and is used to support the contract types above, as well as data objects and workflows used throughout other VertiGIS FM products.
