Administrators can create most types of checklists globally on the checklist administration page. Checklists for assets managed in VertiGIS FM Maintenance can be created locally, on the device or component's version details page.
For the Rental Management module in VertiGIS FM Contracts, you can create standard asset checklists and apply them to rental agreements. Users can complete a checklist of this kind once for each rental agreement to which you apply it. An example could be a checklist for a move in or move out inspection of a rental unit.
You can create new checklists to apply to rental agreements in the Checklists section on the checklist administration page.
To Create an Asset Checklist for a Rental Agreement
1.Navigate to the checklist administration page (Administration > Master Data > Checklists).
2.Double-click Rental Management.
3.In the Checklists section, click the Add () icon.
4.At minimum, enter a Name for the new checklist. Optionally, enter a Number and select its Category. Refer to Checklist Details for descriptions of all form fields.
5.Click Save and Close.
After you save the new checklist, add items to it.
You can now apply the checklist to a rental agreement.
The Checklist of Orders section on the global checklist administration page for contract management does not support any functionality in the system. Order checklists are not used in VertiGIS FM Contracts.
