To update the VertiGIS Integrator:

1.Stop the Tomcat service.

2.Make a backup copy of the properties.xml file. Located in the webapps/utpostserver/web-inf/conf Tomcat directory.
If you have made project specific adjustments to the XSLT files, create a backup copy of the tomcat directory webapps/utpostserver/web-inf/xsl.

3.Delete the webapps/utposterver directory and the webapps/utpostserver.war file.

4.Delete the work content from the Tomcat directory.

5.Copy the new utpostserver.war file in the webapps directory.

6.Start the Tomcat service.

7.Start the Explorer and enter the Administration GUI address: http://servername:8080/utpostserver

8.Once the VertiGIS Integrator login page is displayed, stop the Tomcat service.

9.Copy the previously saved properties.xml file in the webapps directory (webapps/utpostserver/web-inf/conf).

10.Copy the previously saved xsl directory with the XSLT files in the webapps/utpostserver/web-inf/xsl directory.

11.Restart the Tomcat service.

To change the configuration parameters:

12.Call the Administration GUI URL: http://<servername>:8080/utpostserver

13.Log in with user name and password.

14.Open the Settings page.

15.Enter the configurations parameters.

16.Save the configuration file by clicking on the Save button.

17.Restart the Tomcat service.

If the VertiGIS Integrator updated version has a higher build number than the previous version, the VertiGIS Integrator SOE in the ArcGIS Server must be updated.
