The Documents feature allows you to link external non-Esri format documents to your GIS features in Networks Editor via URL. Document references are stored in a configurable document table as links to files on a remote server or in an external document management system.
Your administrator can configure the external document management service links in the App JSON.
To add a document:
1.Go to Edit > Documents.
The external documents panel is opened.
2.Click Add Document, then fill in the necessary fields to link a new document.
3.Click Submit to save your new document.
To edit a document:
1.Click the action menu next to the document you want to edit, the following table shows the available editing options:

Open a preview for the document. This function works only for documents of image/picture type. The preview is available only if the image service can be accessed without additional authentication. If authentication is required, the document cannot be previewed in the panel and can only be opened in a new browser tab. |

Open the document in a new tab in your browser. |

Download the document locally to your machine. |

Enable the editing of the document attributes. |
|
Delete the document. |
