After you have checked the variances and checked the missing assignments, you can complete the plausibility check for the month. This is a simple manual process that changes the month's Checked status from No to Yes.

You can only complete a plausibility check if the Deviations table indicates 0 for both open missing assignments and open variances.

Prerequisite to Complete Plausibility Check

You must complete the month's plausibility check manually. VertiGIS FM does not programmatically change the Checked status to Yes when you check all the missing assignments and variances.

To Complete the Plausibility Check for a Month

1.Ensure the month for which you want to complete the plausibility check has no open missing assignments or variances. The Missing Assignments and Variances column in the Deviations table should both indicate 0/.

2.Select the month and click the Conclusion () icon.

3.Select the Checked icon.

4.Click Save and Close.

VertiGIS FM presents an error message if you try to complete this procedure with any open missing assignments or variances.

After you complete the plausibility check for the month, its Checked column in the Deviations table indicates a status of Yes.
