This topic outlines how to add, edit, and delete general ledger accounts in VertiGIS FM.

Add an Account

You can create a new account in VertiGIS FM on the Costs and Budget search page.

To Add an Account

1.Navigate to the Costs and Budget search page.

2.Under Objects, click Account.

3.Enter, at minimum, a name for the account in the Name field. Enter additional account details as available. Refer to Account Details for descriptions of all fields in the form.

4.Click Save or Save and Close.

Edit an Account

You can edit an account's details in VertiGIS FM on its details page.

To Edit an Account

1.Navigate to the details page for the account you want to edit.

2.Click the Edit (icon-edit) icon.

3.Edit the account's details as required.

4.Click Save and Close.

Delete an Account

You can delete an account on the Costs and Budget search page.

To Delete an Account

1.Navigate to the Costs and Budget search page.

2.Under Objects, click Account.

3.In the search grid, select the account you want to delete and click the Delete (icon-delete) icon.

4.Click OK.
