Component Structure

Prev Top Next More

Components are individual technical parts that are combined with each other to assemble devices. The Component Structure refers to the way VertiGIS FM Maintenance organizes components into hierarchical structures for clarity.

Like devices and systems in the Building Service Structure, components are added to versions as part of a two- or three-level hierarchy. In a two-level hierarchy, a version can be a direct child of a group. In a three-level hierarchy, a version is beneath a designation, which is beneath the parent group.
