To access the UT data, the UT Class Extensions must be available on ArcGIS Server. The UT Class Extensions are installed along with the UT Components Setup.

If UT Desktop R3 or UT Server R3 is already installed on the ArcGIS Server, the UT Components should not be separately installed.

If you also intend to utilize ArcMap on the server, it's necessary to install ArcMap first, followed by the installation of the UT Components.

To install the UT Components 10.2.1 R3, you must run either the UT Server Setup (UT_Server.msi) or the UT Desktop Setup (UT_Desktop.msi) lines. Make sure to deselect all the features except the UT Components.
