Solution Manager is a web-based application that can be opened from any location via a web link (URL).

Solution Manager is offered as a SaaS product (Software as a Service) by the company VertiGIS GmbH . This means that no installation at the workstation is necessary and therefore no update maintenance.

The use of the Solution Manager is either operated together with ArcGIS Online or with a customer-installed on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise environment. In the latter case, a subdomain registration must be performed. See chapter Configuration for on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise.
