Auxiliary points for creating features can be determined by creating construction points based on intersecting geometries (straight line and/or circle).
To create an intersection:
1.Go to Construct > Intersection Point. In the left side panel, the Intersection Point tab appears with the hint to Click on map to add measure point.
2.Click on the desired map position to open a window where you select the intersection type (straight line and/or circle).
a.Select circle (c): the radius (m) must be entered.
b.Select straight line (s): entering the parallel line (m) is optional.
The type of intersection can alternatively be selected via the keyboard using the letter keys c (circle) and s (straight).
Snapping objects can be activated at any time by holding down the Alt key until it is released again.
3.Calculate intersection point by clicking on Add, the desired intersection point is created and displayed on the map in green.
If one or more intersection points result from the input of the survey point(s), one or more intersection points are offered for selection in the left side area.
There are two ways to add an intersection point to the Layer > Construction Points so that it appears in green:
1. Select the desired point with the “Add” button
2. click with the mouse on the desired point
4.With the help of these intersections created in this way, the features created using the Create Feature function offered for selection on the respective feature layer.
The individual construction elements (straight/circle) can be used for further construction, for example, by changing the radius.
The individual construction elements can be deleted and recreated via the context menu.
The measurement system for the construction points must be selected in advance.
