Meters are passive components in the network, which are usually not managed in the GIS. However, since these are becoming more and more controllable with increasing digitization (smart meters), they were included as a Junction. It is possible that these meters will move to the Devices group at a later time. These are usually provided in detail under the ServiceConnections.

Preferably model as an attribute data object (not a graphic), since a 1:n relationship exists between ServicePoint and CustomerMeter.
