The fleet component structure groups components, or individual parts used in the assembly of vehicles.

Components are added to types as part of a two- or three-level hierarchy. In a two-level hierarchy, a type can be a direct child of a group. In a three-level hierarchy, a type is beneath a subgroup, which is beneath the parent group.

You can access the fleet component structure by clicking Component Structure under Actions on the Fleet Management dashboard.
