A dashboard object whose Presentation Type is List is a list of VertiGIS FM data objects that exist in the database.
List Dashboard Object
With a List dashboard object, you only have to specify which VertiGIS FM product contains the data object you want your users to see in the list and then select the data object itself.

The data object (e.g., buildings, devices, or service desk tickets) you want to show in the list. |
Query |
Optionally, a query whose criteria you want to use to filter the instances of the objects selected in the Entity menu. Instances of the object selected in the Entity menu that do not meet the criteria of the selected query will not be included in the list. Only queries associated with the object selected in the Entity menu can be selected. Refer to Save Queries for instructions on how to create a query. |
Users who see the list on the dashboard can use any of the object's properties to filter and sort the list. Click the Filter (
) icon to open the filter bar, or click the Show/Hide Columns (
) icon to add property columns for sorting.
