For the use of the Solution Manager all you need is a standard browser and Esri Portal access (ArcGIS Online or on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise) with administrator rights.

Deployment of VertiGIS Web Solutions requires the technical basics of the VertiGIS Web Solution of interest, the ArcGIS platform, the Utility Network of Esri Inc. and the components of the VertiGIS Studio Framework.
