The following functions are available for each deployment via the action menu :
 

Details - show information about included solution with version and portal items, data source, ArcGIS Server and feature service
 
Edit - Change name
 
Delete - Delete Deployment
 
Start App - the application can be started directly

Only those functions are executable for which the logged-in user has the authorization (administrator, publisher). For example, only the owner of a deployment can perform the Edit and Delete functions.
