Every export request is automatically logged with detailed information including user details, export parameters, file information, and processing status. This ensures complete traceability of export activities and provides valuable insights for troubleshooting and system administration.
The export logs serve several important purposes:
•Compliance and Audit: Track data export activities for regulatory compliance and maintain audit trails
•Administrative Monitoring: Monitor system usage, user activity patterns, and export success rates
•Troubleshooting: Diagnose failed export operations with detailed error logs and track retry attempts
•Performance Analysis: Monitor export processing times, file sizes, and identify system bottlenecks
•User Activity Tracking: Monitor individual or team-level export behavior and identify training needs
