Access

Is usually the access to underground infrastructure facilities. In addition to manholes, well houses are usually accessible via an entry point, which usually contains a cover.

In wastewater, this is usually the manhole cover, which provides access to the underlying infrastructure.

Flap, mounting hole, cover, maintenance cover

Often serves as access for replacement of large objects (e.g. transformer) and as access for maintenance work, readings and measurements. This is a very general access, which usually does not affect the other AccesPoints (e.g. manhole cover / EntrancePoint). This includes, for example, service doors in underpasses or facilities.

Access cover / gate valve cover / underground hydrant cover

Small access to network elements such as gate valves, switch and underfloor hydrant.

Are generally not collected in the DACH region.
