Electrical consumers are preferably modeled as factual data objects (not graphics) because their exact location is unknown and not relevant for network maintenance. They often do not belong to the network operator, but they must be approved by the operator via a connection request because their effects can be relevant for the quality of the electricity in the network. Their electricity consumption can be taken into account for planning scenarios.
