Summary window fields

 

The Summary window has the following fields:

1.Title of the locate – Provider + request number.

2.Due – target date for locate request (mm/dd/yy).

3.Response – shows the status of the locate request. An icon will show in the Locates Grid based on the response; however, the associated text shows in the Summary window.

4.Address – all address values parsed from the locate email request.

5.Locator – values based on client business rules and requested info from locator companies.

6.Strike? – denotes when damage is done to equipment, pipes, or cables.
