Network Locator offers the possibility to customize the look and feel of a couple of aspects using templates. This includes the E-Mails that are sent by the system.
The following mail templates are available:
•Error-Mail: Is sent to the user if an error occurs during a locate request.
•Error-Admin Mail: Is sent to the admin if an error occurs during a locate request.
•No-Result Mail: Is sent if a locate request does not intersect with any network infrastructure.
•Success Mail: Is sent after a locate request has been processed successfully and includes the download link to the request artifact containing the map documents.
Every template consists of an HTML file that can be edited directly in the web application using the Edit button, or downloaded and modified in an external HTML editor. Once edited, the template can be re-uploaded through the admin app.
Inside the HTML, you can reference any of the available text variables.
