You can perform some actions on an existing deployment by clicking the action menu, the following functions are available:

Show information about the included solution with version and portal items, data source, ArcGIS Server and feature service. |

Edit the name of your deployed app. |
Permanently remove your deployed app. |

Start your deployed app directly. |
Those functions are executable only for an authorized logged-in user (e.g., administrator, publisher). So, only the owner of a deployment can perform the Edit and Delete functions.
