Create and Edit Construction Phases

For an optimal planning and cost overview, a construction project can be divided into different construction phases. The individual construction phases primarily visualize a chronological sequence.

Procedure

1.Create construction phase
In the project window, any number of construction phases can be added to a project using the button VN_Bt_ML_Feature_Add Create construction phase. The input screen for the Name and Description attributes opens in the Planning Manager.

2.Edit construction phase
The context functions for editing the respective construction phase can be reached via 3 points:

Enable and Disable
A construction phase can be activated and deactivated by a single mouse click or via the context menu for editing.

After the construction phase is created, it is automatically active.
The respective activated construction phase is highlighted by a preceding green marker.

Activate
Activate the construction phase

Deactivate
Deactivate the construction phase

Highlight features
This highlights all the features of this construction phase on the map.

Zoom
A zoom on the selected construction phase is performed.

Edit
This context menu opens the properties window of the construction phase and highlights the construction phase on the map by a frame. Both the properties and the geometry can be changed by modifying the frame.

Delete
Deletes the Construction Phase

Create Bill of material (BOM)
A separate bill of material can be generated for each construction phase via the context menu and output as a PDF using the report template.VNS_Informationen-teilen

3.Insert planning objects / assets
The preconfigured assets required for each construction phase can be selected from a list and added to the activated construction phase.

The number in parentheses shows the number of planning objects of this type included in the construction phase.
