When you click the Ticket List () icon, you export the ticket data into a PDF document that downloads onto your computer.

If you click the Ticket List () icon on the ticket details page, the document will only list the ticket whose details page you are viewing. If you click the same icon on the Service Desk search page, the list will include all the tickets you've filtered for in the search grid.
